Cooking Experiments

I am making rice pudding right now. I've never made it before; I've never eaten it before; hell, I've never even seen it before. But all of a sudden, I got it in my head to make rice pudding, so I went and bought some medium grain rice -shortest grain they had at the grocery store- and a handful of other ingredients.

We shall see how this goes.

I've successfully made it with long grain before, too...
I do have to say, though, best results from arborio/risotto rice ;)

It's good with cinnamon and raisins, btw. I had it once at this Ukranian chick's house last year. Unfortunately, I ended up with the stomach virus later that night and haven't been able to even think about ever eating rice pudding again since. o.O
